The warm welcome here makes gratified guests "wish the staff at all hotels could be this friendly", and many are pleased by the "spacious" rooms and "comfortable beds", the location "close to the airport with shuttle available" and the pool ("a bonus"); but disgruntled patrons report it's "old", the wallpaper is "outdated" and the "converted" nonsmoking rooms "still smell of smoke", and those "hoping for a free breakfast" are bummed when the bill arrives.

Close to the airport. Shuttle service ran despite road conditions.

It was a pleasant clean hotel with a good staff. I couldn't take the chance of making a bid cause I needed something close to the airport and was unfamiliar with the area.

Old, scratchy towels, non-smoking room reeked of smoke.

Excellent customer service with a smile and eagerness to help. The Sunday morning brunch was fabulous and the food service staff met every need.

I did not like the airbeds. I could not get a comfortable number and it felt like an airbed.

Quiet but right off the Interstate. I felt right at home with clean comfortable space, roomy, and great customer service.
